Neighbors Impacting Communities will be hold their Unprecedented and hISTORICAL nORTH coUNTY’S Juneteenth Grand Heritage Parade. We will be walking 3 miles to the North County Recreation Complex Common Grounds on Redman. There will be elected officials there as well, followed a flag raising ceremony performed by the National Juneteenth Observance Foundation.
